"First delivery was prompt and next day as promised but I wasn't made aware that the order had been split due to the availability of one item. That item was delivered 1 week later but there where no follow up emails letting me know why it hadn't been delivered or when it had been dispatched. I ended up phoning as I thought it had been forgotten.
Also of note DPD tracking was not accurate on the first order. I left my office when the tracking got to 1 hour before delivery and arrived home promptly 30 mins later to find a card in my mail box informing me the delivery had already been made but the tracking still said 30 minutes to delivery. Also as the driver had missed me he left a card to let me know the parcel was behind the back gate but the back gate is locked shut so unfortunately it seems he took it on himself to throw the box over the gate which has a brick top so it would have dropped about 9ft. Luckily nothing was damaged."
