"Missing screws on the latch. Had to go to hardware store to get screws and nuts to finish what they did not. Other screws were lose and had to tighten those. Not a big deal but in reading other reviews, I am not the only one. Clock works for what I need but it is average quality at best...not worth the $150. But keeping it."

"Die Uhr kam in sämtlichen Einzelteilen bei mir an, so dass ich die Uhr erst einmal zusammensetzen musste. Es gucken zwei Schrauben heraus. Leider konnte ich die Uhr nicht zurück schicken, sonst hätte ich heute, am Heiligabend, ohne Geschenk da gestanden."

"Design van de klok is mooi. Echter is het een buitenklok en ik vraag mij of of de klok wel echt afdoende waterdicht is. Daarnaast zit er aan beide zijden van de klok een hygrometer, deze geeft een verschillende waarde aan. Het Verschil is 10%. Bij het openklappen van de klok zit er een sticker in; made in China. Als ik de prijs afzet tegen de kwaliteit en het feit dat de klok in china is gemaakt, dan heb ik een bittere smaak over de prijs. Deze is dan toch echt wel aan de hoge kant."

"Very happy with the clock but had a small problem with the hour hand fouling the temperature hand on one side which necessitated removing the face from the case and slightly bending the temp pointer. Easily done and now working fine."

"Die Uhr ist wie bei der Bestellung gesehen. Eines war nicht in Ordnung. Der kleine Zeiger auf einer Uhrseite war falsch eingestellt, aber man konnte korrigieren. Zum Anschrauben an die Wand ist die Halterung die an der Wand anliegt nicht plan (glatt). Ansonsten gefällt sie uns sehr gut und funktioniert wie erwartet."

"Fast efficient delivery, good packaging but no advice or instruction leaflet. Shortly after the clock had been set going the hour hand on one of the faces was hanging loose. The clock on the other face works perfectly. I really wanted a double sided clock so that I could read the time from both sides, unfortunately I can only tell what hour it is on one side."

"Service from Primrose was excellent, product arrived in few days. I have problem with condensation inside both faces, tried placing silica gel within the housing but still getting condensation if weather any thing but very sunny. Have being offered immediate replacement, think I may take up offer bit of work getting unit down, but nice to know dealing with reputable firm who replace faulty product without question.
