"Le banc qui m'a été livré avait un accoudoir cassé que j'ai dû réparer à l'aide de 2 vis. Quant à la pochette contenant les accessoires nécessaires au montage, elle était déchirée et il manquait un écrou . J'ai dû aller dans un magasin de bricolage pour me fournir l'élément manquant."
