"suite quality was good but assembling it was not easy. Several of the screw holes did not line up. Tried loosely screwing the whole assembly first and when everything was in place tightening them but some were still very difficult to pull into place."

"The rattan from the legs of the chairs were loose after some days not even week of use. It was poorly made and some of the holes were curved so we could not put the screws properly and be strong connected as well as being even on the floor"

"i ordered a 4x piece rattan cane furniture from yourselves. the quality of it was very poor. the cushion pads were very dirty and most of the screws couldnt line up with the holes that were there> we are a window company and we could of past you much orders as we were going to do a promotion on our consevatorys were we gave a rattan settee with every consevatory purchased. due to the bad workmanship of your product we will not be using you."

"I am awaiting someone coming to put it together for me as it's self assembly. I am disabled so can't do it myself. The weather has partly been to blame for the delay in getting it assembled as the person has to travel."

"Nice set, took my husband over 4 hours to put together, very frustrating as none of the holes were aligned it took brute strength to assemble, I certainly could not have done it. Having said that though it seems quite sturdy and nice looking, although unable to use at the moment , it being winter."
