"This was exactly what I wanted. The reason it has a 4-star rating (rather than 5-star) is that the door-latch components were missing. Components for a different type of latch were included. I contacted Primrose to query this and I understand that this is being looked into."

"Apple store needed a couple of screws in the top sheet and one of the drawer side runners was split and needed glueing. Door handle is fragile. Otherwise fine and looks good."

"As there are a lot of mice around I felt the wire on the unit not adequate enough and have had to cover it with a fine wire mesh. A 'handle ' was supplied but where to put it? There was no centre piece of wood on the door so I have had to fix it at the top of the door! Also due to the size of the shelves there has to be enough space to open the door fully 180 degrees.The seven drawers within do hold a lot of apples though. I felt that it was a little bit on the expensive side but otherwise it's fine."

"Storage Rack was slightly damaged during transit. I have repaired it and it is now ready for use. It's good that it is already constructed (apart from the door handle) and has plenty of space for storage."

"The staples had been poorly attached and the back was hanging off, one of the runners had a protruding staple so the draw would not run feeely. All could be easily remedied by replacing the staples and using nails instead. Looks like poor quality control to me."
