"La notice de montage est peut-être parfaite pour des Anglais , mais, moi, Française bricoleuse ai eu beaucoup de mal, trop de détails sont absents. Et ce n'est pas la 1° fois, je n'ai toujours pas réussi à monter l'ouverture automatique de ma serre."

"défaut dans la dimension d'une des toiles, une des toiles est plus grande d'au moins 10 cm ce qui fait qu'elle n'est pas tendue quand le store est déplié, cela n'est pas très esthétique, autrement tout est parfait"

"Leider musste ich beim Aufbau der Markise eine Zwangspause einlegen, da 6 Muttern zu den Schrauben gefehlt haben und ich diese dann im Baumarkt besorgen musste. Am Gestänge sind 2 Stellen, die ich bald nachlackieren muss, da sie sonst rosten. Die Schrauben waren zum Teil nur mit viel Geduld und Kraft einzudrehen. Die Anleitung leider nur sehr dürftig und auf englisch. Das fertige Produkt ist jedoch schlußendlich so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte."

"Ganz leichter Aufbau, obwohl Anleitung mehr als dürftig war. Erfahrung und Logik helfen ;-) Bei der Beschreibung wäre die ca. Seitenhöhe in geöffneten Zustand empfehlenswert. (... kann dann meine Terrassentür nicht mehr öffnen)"

"The product is a good one but QA leaves much to be desired. Four strategic holes on the support legs had been drilled in the wrong place so I had to drill my own. I also run out of 600mm bolts, 500mm had been supplied but were too short, so I went out and bought 2 of my own to be able to complete the job. It also looks like the awning is not evenly cut being longer on one side than the other which makes it look a little lopsided."

"We ordered two awnings. Unfortunately one of the knobs that control the arms was damaged. But Primrose sent the part immediately which solved the problem. Apart from that we are very pleased with our products."

"Is groter dan het lijkt. Goede uitval, goed stabiel indien voet verzwaard wordt. Hoogte is een probleem met afdekken. Prima product, snel geleverd."
