"Unfortunately the locking mechanism on one of the arms failed. Primrose were very prompt sending a replacement awning. Unfortunately the exact same problem has occurred. We have now taken the working lock from the first awning and put it on the second. We now have an awning that does the job, but how long will the locking mechanism work............it appears to be a design fault."

"Gros problème au montage, pas de notice fournie et une des pentes coincée dans l'enrouleur. Si on n'est pas débrouillard, c'est impossible à assembler. sinon produit conforme."
