"The repeller did not work on the first night ie signs indicated that the fox had returned. The second night was much better but although the repeller was switched off during the day, the 6 batteries had worn out during the third night! If the batteries need replacing every three nights, the repeller will become a very expensive tool!! I am not therefore very impressed."

"Only foxes and cats have come into the garden since the item was 'planted'. The foxes are wary and steer clear but are still able to roam just outside a range of four metres, which is a lot less than I wanted. Cats walk in an arc away from the item, so it is ineffective even in my small garden."

"Installed a week ago and I still have foxes visiing my garden, indeed as I write this I can see a fox about ten yards from the repeller! It is connected to a power supply so no battery issues. I'll keep moving it about etc but am not very confident."

"It actually did work 2 days and then I had to change the batteries. Then nothing. Foxes are still around and now even a cat is squatting in the garden... Anyway, I wouldn't recommend the product but the Primrose service is good and reliable."

Make sure you’re using brand new, high quality batteries to make the most of this device. I am sorry to hear that after changing the batteries the device became ineffective.
