"Unfortunately, this collar didn't perform as expected. The manufacturer's setting wasn't even a blip on the dog's radar, nor could the recipients figure out how to change the correction level. No instructions, and the box gave no advice either. All in all, a waste of money."

"Absolutely awful item, didn't adjust intensity as stated - it merely had noise then no shock or noise then shock. The shock wasn't suitable for any animal either, well maybe a horse, but certainly not any dog. I tried it on myself and couldn't believe this was remotely legal!!! Opted for a spray collar and it's worked perfect."
