"cheaply made item which broke when I put it on the awning. I've had to tie it on with cable ties as the straps are no good."

"Two of the straps were damaged. One of them is missing entirely and one fell off as I unfolded it. So, I now have to find pieces of material and sew them on myself otherwise the awning will hang loosely and let in water."
