"To put it into a few words this item is not what it said it was on the box. To be honest quite the opposite, it has attracted more cat pooh than ever!! Was used sparingly on garden borders, did not work, resorted to cover then the whole grass area sparingly as instructed. 5 lots of pooh in 2 day, I am not a happy bunny!!!"

"My neighbour asked me to order this between us in the hope we would finally have a deterrent for the two most obnoxious cats any of us have had the misfortune to live near. "Have used this product over the last year or so - one box covers the various places Mr or Mrs Fox comes in to my garden and each box gives me 3 months fox free gardening!! I see the fox come frim neighbours gardens and as soon as it gets a whiff it backs of out of the garden!! Can't recommend it more - it's excellent!!!"

"The instructions tell you to use the gloves provided:- there were no gloves in the package. The Silent Roar did nothing to deter cats - we have now finished the whole box of it and have the same incidence of cats defecating in our garden as before. A total waste of money. Very disappointing."

"This product worked really well first time I bought it in the winter to ward off both cats and foxes. And has worked again very well this time except for one small corner of my garden where cats/foxes are still doing their business.Way better than when I don't use the product as the whole of my garden borders were covered in poo!! I am wondering whether the really hot weather may be affecting area as in question is in direct sunlight so pellets are drying out very quickly. Would definitely recommend it."

"Have used this product for two weeks now as was given some by a neighbour before I bought mine. Two neighbours cats visit and mess on the lawn then scratch it up. Unfortunately they don't seem affected by Silent Roar in fact saw one actually sniffing at it LOL Not saying it doesn't work but where these two cats are concerned it doesn't"

"Instead of using it as a fertiliser where the odour would disappear fairly quickly I put some in old lidded margerine tubs with several holes pierced round the sides and placed them at the sites where the cats are known to enter the garden hoping that the fumes (this stuff doesn't half pong!) would remain and be detected for longer. So far it has worked after several weeks. This especially beneficial as fledglings are now appearing in the garden."

"When I opened the pack I found the cardboard boxes were very damp, also the product hardly had any smell at all. I have bought Silent Roar before which was very strong smelling. I cannot recall the company it came from but it was very effective. Today I had two cats in the garden,quite unconcerned."

"Thought it would put the Cats off but went out the other day a couple of days after popping Silent Roar down only to find a big fluffy cat on my grass just about to go onto the soil and I had to chase it off. I Have used a couple of boxes so far and I am keeping the third at the moment just to wait and see as we do have a lot of cats who are more than determined to use my front garden as a loo so time will tell."

"Sprinkled some on the lawn where there'd been persistent fouling by neighbour's cat (he's brave, he's about the quarter of the size of our big, soft mog!). We also placed some in a metal canister with holes in it and a lid (the type you can buy in IKEA). We think this makes a big difference as it protects the product from rain. The result? No fowling for over 2 weeks. I moved the canister to a bench. Fowling returned straightaway even though area wa sprinkled.. Canister back on lawn: no fowling. So, was sceptical at first, but I think it actually works. The secret is to keep it protected from rain."

"The cats causing a nuisance by defecating in front and side of doorstep, appear to be keeping away. I will keep using the pellets to ensure the cats stay away for good as the nuisance was very unpleasant and antisocial. I have also used other deterrents in crystal form, not sure if they worked or not."
