"The price I paid appeared to be heavily discounted. I think the £89.99 I paid was ok, not the advertised full price which I think was over £200.00. There were problems fitting the awning due to the video instruction on the Primrose website being out of date."

"Really pleased with colour,angle and generally how effective it is at shading indoors and creating a pleasant ambiance . 2 criticisms-Can't use in moderate wind & was delivered with incorrect fixings for lower arm fixing[husband used something from shed, we didn't notify 'Primrose']"

"Have had to call back the people who put up the awning on Saturday. They followed your instructions to a 'T' but when I went out on Saturday evening, I could not get it to wind in fully. They will either have to move the upper support of the awning higher, or the side support arms lower to get momentum to wind it in. Your comments would be appreciated and assistance in sorting this problem."
