"I emailed you several days ago to say that unfortunately the spider catcher was broken in transit. I have asked for a replacement, but haven't received a reply yet from you. I haven't taken the product out of it's wrapper yet, so you could send someone to collect it if you wish. If you don't replace it with one that works I would like my money back please."
