"Very pleased with quality of the product, however one slightly dented at the top of the chair due to damaged container. After all, they are heavy construction but the cardboard packaging is lightweight. The pointed feet of each chair had pierced the boxes, presumably just when transported over long distances. The cardboard needs to be heavy gauge and more protective. Thank you for your efficient service. *personal data removed by Feefo*"
