"It took about 3 hours to install the awning, with drilling through the wall for the cable, more time needed for installing the controller. The brackets had some markings (chipped protective layer), but not bad enough to worry about it. It worked right away, but glad that I ordered the electric one as manual operation is too tedious to consider!"

"We are delighted with the awning but we had trouble with the supplied bolts into the wall which did not hold. We used a 14 mm drill as recommended but the 12 mm bolts did not hold which resulted in us having to go out to buy replacement bolts. This was frustrating and took extra time."
