"The awnings are nice and look good. The drill bit supplied was too large for the plastic anchors and I had to go and buy smaller bits and new wall anchors for the larger holes! The bolts in the wall brackets were a very tight fit - too tight! Once problems were overcome the rest was easy and the awnings look smart and do the job well. Good value for money."

"(nearly poor) leaflet talks about retention bolts when you have stopped using them. advise people to drill smaller hole than 14mm as the plug provided kept turning while trying to turn the screw. had to inject silicon to stop this happening. some nuts hard to get to."

"The blind seems to be very good, however the fixings supplied are cheap and nasty and do not support the blind, I had to purchase additional fixings from a reputable company, only issue here is once you have drilled your holes in the brickwork you have to put larger anchors in which reduces e amount of brick contact; would be much better if they supplied propriety fixings, I now have to make up two steel plates to fix in the wall and then drill and tap the mount the brackets, what started out as a simple job has turned into a major operation/disaster for the sake of a few pounds if the correct fixings had been supplied"
