"dommage.......mais je ne suis pas sur que la faute sois de primrose.....ou bien du transporteur, car j'ai recu mon kit de fixation en vrac dans un pochon au nom du transporteur...et non sous sachet primrose... vraiment dommage , car quand on veut la fixer et bien on ne peut pas ............."

"Zubehör ist gut, aber es geht in der Beschreibung des Sonnensegels nicht eindeutig hervor, das jeweils ein Zubehör-Set beinhaltet ist. Habe deshalb unnötigerweise noch Haken und ähnliches dazu bestellt, was ich jetzt überhaupt nicht benötige."

"Due to the high winds we have here in our part of Colorado, we cannot leave the canopy up except when in use over our swim spa. We only used the small screw-in anchor loops and wanted to return all the other parts - which should have been $85-90 of the $99 price. Co. refused to take them back for refund as "They are all sold together". Nonsense, they are simply "packaged" together - or in our case, simply dropped in the box with the canopy individually. VERY poor customer service."
