"La prise qui permet d'alimenter la pompe et les leds est une prise au norme américaine 3 fiches carrées, donc impossible de la brancher en France, j'ai dû couper le fil et changer la prise mais celle ci n'est plus étanche. L'eau coulait à peine pourtant la pompe est suffisamment puissante mais à la sortie de la cascade le trouve était bouché par des scories de fabrication impossible de démonter de tuyau il est collé pris dans la matière de la cascade , il m'a fallut couper le tuyau....très chère pour un produit aussi peu de qualité"

"Thus far it has performed as well as it's advertising said it would. I noticed that a few people commented that it requires topping up with water quite frequently. IMHO this is to be expected considering the surface area of water moving over the five falls and therefore the high rate of evaporation that will result, especially in hot weather -- but it's easy to keep an eye on the level in the reservoir. A great water feature -- would recommend it to others. Really restful water sound; not like another type I have which sounds like the proverbial policeman's horse!"

"The fibreglass moulding is brittle and some pieces had already broken off before unpacking but Primrose rectified this quickly. The instructions (written in China?) weren't accurate but assembly is straightforward anyway."

"The water feature looks good in our garden. I was surprised to have to top it up so often. Some water splashes out of the back. I have fitted a piece of plastic at the back to stop this."

"Very nice to look at, easy to put together but needs to be run in very calm conditions as the slightest breeze causes the water to splash out. An improvement to the model could be to put higher lips on the reservoirs so any splashes can run back into the feature instead of the surrounding area."
