"Delighted with end product, but instructions dreadful"

"The greenhouse is a lower quality of the same one I bought a couple of years ago. Side pieces bent, connection pieces of same number different lengths. An absolute nightmare to erect. If I had known that the manufacturer had changed the quality of materials used I would have bought a different make."

"schnelle Lieferung, alles vollständig. Der Aufbau dauerte deutlich länger als geplannt, da die Anleitung nur auf englisch ist. Am sonsten sehr zufrieden. Mal gucken, ob es über Jahre so erhalten bleibt, wie die Garantie es hergibt."

"wenn Zusammenbau nicht so kompliziert wäre,dann wäre es sehr gut, Beschreibung nur auf englisch,zum Glück ist mein Ehemann Engländer,trotzdem auch Fehler beim Zusammenbau gemacht, aufgrund schlechter Beschreibung"

"The service was great with the next day delivery and help on the phone if needed. I think the instructions could be be more explicit and made less complicated, and the drawings could be clearer with real photos in parts to show more detail. Not too much to achieve in this day and age, then again most kits are never straight forward when building for the first time. I hope you find this helpful and to your liking.
