"Product is superb and far outshines the outdated product it replaced in a busy but necessarily open to the elements bikeshed in a charity cycle hire establishment for people with disabilities. The instructions however leave alot to be desired. E.G. "Heating - In the power light bright situation first time presses down this key, then provides the strong electricity to the radiator pope, the product starts to heat up, on the kneading board heats up the indicating lamp to be bright." I think they need a new translator. Thankfully it is not difficult to work out by trial and error."

"Der einzige Haken war der englische Stecker der am Gerät verbaut war. Auf diesem wurde auf der Homepage nicht hingewiesen. Aber er ist bereits auf deutschen Standard umgebaut."

"Die Heizstrahler sind sehr zufriedenst. Was mich allerdings geärgert hat ist, dass nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man einen Adapter für deutsche Steckdosen haben muss."

"Wenn ich in Deutschland einen Strahler bestelle und es wird mir einer zugeschickt der nicht einen 220 Voltstekcer hat finde ich das sehr schlecht. Selbst die Anleitung in nicht in deutsch. Unser Unternehmen wird daher nicht mehr bei Ihnen kaufen.Wir suchen zur Zeit einen anderen Liefernaten der das kann. Mfg Wienstroer Carports"
