"The product works well when finally installed, but instructions are sketchy and don't matvh all the components sent, there being some extra items that don't seem to be needed. The method dhown of connecting to the opoening window are incomplete."

"Good design but in the lacewings green house, it needs a small packing piece on the fixed arm to give enough clearance for the moving arm to close completely. I made one out of an old white plastic chopping board. The other thing is, if this is made for lacewings greenhouses, why don't the screw holes on the swing arm match the predrilled holes in the green house window frame?"

"Although this should be a direct replacement for the manual vent I found that the bracket holes did not align with thos in the greenhouse so had to make a small modification to get it to fit (spacing across the two holes was different. Otherwise seems of good quality but with recent weather not had chance to see if it works by itself yet."

"Once again the instructions were pretty much useless as it only gives you half of what you need to know.Once I had worked out what to do it seems to work well,although I am a bit wary about the brackets holding the frame it is mounted on."

"so far so good, for any greenhouse owner, this is essential, if it gets too hot in the greenhouse and you are away, your plants will quickly wilt, this automatic arm opens and closes the window for you...simple!"

"Good quality product, although the translation of the instructions could be better and one of the clips was missing, it didn't matter because I had some, but the main screws were all present."
