"Water reservoir was too small for the larger pieces of slate that were supplied. Water cascaded outwith collection ring resulting in reservoir emptying at an unacceptable rate. Company have addressed the problem by forwarding a larger reservoir."

"really delighted with my new slate water feature. it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. i was prepared for a variation in slate colour but was not dissapointed even though the colours were quite different to the illustration. it looks lovely on my new patio. i would definitely recommend primrose. a proffesional helpful firm."

"Firstly I would say the highland water feature looks great & easy to install.We did encounter a couple of problems along the way,however these were sorted very quickly by primrose with no fuss.customer service was great and would be a 5 on your rating. The only thing that let you down was the product it self. 1; The first pump (7.5v) that was sent was not quite powerful enough for the feature (even after I stopped the leak ,see below).The second pump (12v) was & works well. 2;The connection between the steel base plate & the plastic pipe from the pump was rubbish, it leaked a lot of water, subsequently the pump could not feed the top of the feature.I solved this myself by welding a small extension to steel pipe below the base plate, that way I could fix the plastic water pipe to it with no leaks (this maybe something you should consider ,it will save you a lot of remedial work on this feature) These problems are the reasons your overall rating is 4. That said I would have no hesitation in recommending you because I think the overall customer service was superb.please pass on my thanks to Becky Kind regards Neil Powell "
