"Only had it in place for a day, when it rained. By the next day the doormat had rusted, leaving rust stains on my doorstep!! Not impressed at all!! I was about to order other item, but this has put me off. (Personal details removed by Feefo)"

"I am afraid that the Buckingham doormat has lots of rust marks which appeared just a day or two after it was put in place. Very disappointed. As it is so heavy I did not want to incur postage charges returning it. My daughter recommended it as she bought one recently."
