"First one arrived and the box looked like it had been in the wars, polystyrene packaging was in bits and box felt damp. Returned for replacement. The box still looked mangled but was in a better condition than the first. Set up was easy, unfortunately when it came to planting the plants noticed that the reservoirs had leaked into the chambers where the plants were to go, not good if using a fungicide/water treatment as we wanted to plant herbs. No quibble return organised though."

"Arrived broken , all one side of the second biggest tier cracked , I repaired myself as easier than returning , filled with water yesterday 7/06 and discovered 2 of the tiers leak through the painted sealant so it empties after 10 minutes of running"

"The fountain was severly damaged. I thought only one piece was shattered, but every section was damaged.I think I was accidentally sent a return, or it was run over."
