"Item was smaller than expected and the black paint was chipped on the corners making the planter susceptible to rust. The hassle of returning the item and paying for the return meant I would lose money so I’ve kept the item at my own risk!"

"Planters were packed really protectively in multiple layers of boxes and bubblewrap. One planter did have a hairline scratch, which must have happened prior to packing, since packaging was not damaged. Didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back and getting a replacement."

"Wasn't black - was grey and streaky so I had to buy paint and paint it black. There is now a white resdiue appearing round the edges Water leaks through the joins at the base with the stopper in There was a smell of urine in the planter - just put soil in it and hoped it would go"

"I was very happy with your service which was very fast and a great turnaround. However it was let down by the fact that there was a small dent in the top of one of the planters I ordered. I don't think the packaging or transport could have been at fault so it was a case of quality control. I didn't have the time to return it so I have had to ignore it but it was disappointing. Otherwise the whole package would have been top notch. "
