"Lieferung war aufgrund mangelhafter Verpackung mehrfach gebrochen und konnte deshalb auch nicht retourniert werden. wurde so weit wie möglich repariert. Weiterer Einkauf bei Primerose unmöglich."

"Das Solarmodul ist keinen Cent wert....die Verarbeitung ist selbst für diesen Preis in keiner Weise angemessen...oberer Bottig/Krug ist gebrochen angekommen sowie undicht...Gewindeeinsätze sind eine Zumutung ....alles in allen nur Schrott ...der Brunnen ist keine 10euro wert......"

"habe den Wunschbrunnen im Internet enteckt und fand ihn toll. Als der Brunnen ankam (der sah wirklich toll aus) funktionierte die Pumpe nicht. Nach der Reklamation kam nur ein paar tage später eine neue. die hatte aber einen falschen Stecker, was ich sofort beanstandet habe. Ich sollte einen Adapter bekommen, der aber nicht zur Pumpe passte sondern für ein Netzkabel war. weil ich meinen Garten schon für den Brunnen umgestaltet hatte war die Enttäuschung groß. ich habe dann den Brunnen zurück gehen lassen und stattdessen einen Baum ins Beet gepflanzt."

"Firstly the casting and machining was so poor that there was no possibility of aligning the 2 vertical supports. Secondly when I finally managed to get all 8 set screws into position and began tightening them the base of the LH support cracked around the screw hole. I have managed to assemble the feature using screws supplied and plastic steel. I would recommend a greater care be taken in your quality control in China to ensure that this does not happen again"

"very disappointed the screws didnt match the holes and the bird bucket didnt sit right. another was sent that was a bit better but still not A1."
