"Es ist bereits die 2 . Uhr die wir innerhalb von 4 Jahren gekauft haben. Die 1. Uhr funktionierte einwandfrei bis die Zeiger einfach abfielen , weil die dünne Plastbefestigung porös wurde und zerbrach. Dieses Mal erwartete ich bessere Zeiger, aber leider sind diese aus so dünnen Blrch, dass sie sich schon mehrmals verhakt haben. Also : Die Uhr sieht gut aus, aber die Zeiger sind ganz großer Mist."

"I found that when the garden clock was unpacked the hands were bent inwards, preventing the hands from moving smoothly and were touching each other. I had to gently bend them back straight again and the clock then functioned perfectly. It has kept very good time since hanging from the garage wall and looks very good indeed."

"Die Gartenuhr gefällt uns sehr und hat auch nach dem Einsetzen der Batterie die Uhrzeit genau angezeigt. Nach 10 Tagen ist jedoch die Uhr innerhalb eines Tages ca. 5 Stunden vorgegangen. "Having hung the clock once to confirm in right place we removed it to put battery in place. Re-hung and hey presto it landed on the floor ! The screw/nail holder had parted from the body of the clock. To cure my tears and cussing my husband had to take immediately away and have it soldered back. Not a good start. I was not impressed. "

"The clock was good but delivery service appallingly bad. About 12 failed attempts at delivery. Although we gave a contact number for directions no one ever called. repeatred messages that no one in the office to sign for the delivery when no one in fact attended. Some delivery times given were for evening deliveries when the office was closed."

"I bought this large garden clock from you which looks great & can be seen from a distance, which was the intent. The clock was good value, but the only downside was the single screw keyhole mount aperture was too small for such a large clock as well as being welded on out of position, & a local modification was necessary to effect screwhead access. I don't know how easy it is to convey this design/quality control issue to the manufacturer in China. "
