"Well made product and easy to install. Only problem is with the instruction manual. Wall fittings in the manual did not match what was supplied and said use 12 mm drill for wall. In fact needed 14mm drill. Also wiring diagram was incorrect. Contacted Primrose for advice but got no response."

"So far very pleased with it. Took a while to install on an old granite wall. In the end had to drill through the wall and use threaded bar rather than wall bolts."
