"Not sure! maybe I'm not using it correctly but I follow the instructions. I connect it as advised, but when I finish scrubbing the pond sides there is no debris in the 'net'. Maybe I am doing something wrong, please advise - obviously I have to submerse the equipment in order to get to the sides further down. regards"

"Thank you for your enquiry. I have not been able to use the pond vac. I had to drain the pond and remove some two barrow loads of silt/debris which has accumulated over the past 10 years. Maybe I will use the pond vac next year when there will be less muck at the bottom of the pond."

"The next day service was brilliant. The pond vac needed more water pressure than we had but when we resolved that, we had some results, although didn't feel it was "man" enough for the thickness of the silt. "

"The directions were not clear on how to attach the hose. We finally got it to work although our hose wasn't long enough to reach over the other side of the pond we did get some rubbish in the bag. it does use a lot of water and we will have to wait until the water goes down in the pond before we try it again with a longer hose."
