"The top of the awning had become unfixed. In trying to refix it, the whole spring became unloaded. The label outside had said that the product should be inspected before the driver left. This was entirely unrealistic. It took well over 5 minutes for me to unwrap it, and I probably would not have seen the fault. But because I had tried to rectify the fault myself, I could not return it."

"Seul bémol la livraison... Malgré que j'ai noté sur le bon de commande toutes les instructions heures à laquelle je me trouve présente, le code pour entrer dans la résidence, le livreur s'est débrouillé de faire tout le contraire et m'a laissé un bon collé sur la porte vitrée de l'entrée ou bon nombre de personnes passent et par le mistral ce jour là il aurait pu être envollé sans que je ne sache si il est venu ou pas et grosse galère pour avoir une autre livraison le lendemain et principalement le matin avant 12 h 30, car les deux livraisons ont été faites après cette heure ci! Pas très sérieuse la TNT et pas de respect pour les informations pourtant données bien avant!!!"

"Awning was exactly as promised. Only suggestion would be for the pole on the end to have the option of going into a hole in the ground and be removable so that you don't have it sticking up all the time. Will buy another if you arranged that."

"Quite difficult to fit! Screen under a lot of tension and the end post really doews need to be fixed in concrete. Patio paving slabs generally not strong enough and I had to sink a new 8x8x8 inch concrete block in the ground with new bolts to support the pole."
