"The trap is fine, but you should know that the cardboard box it comes in is so tight to the thing that one of the metal components got stuck in it, necessitating the destruction of the box to get it out and subsequently I had to bend the metal component to ensure it worked (which it did - one Squirrel down, lots more to go!)"

"Unfortunately two of the cages were faulty,but the other three seem okay. But Gill at your customer service was very helpful and is sending me a replacement.So overall everything seems okay. Hope to catch some squirrels! Regards Nick"

"Initially the trap did not work - squirrels went in and out of trap without activating the trap. I had to modify the linkage to the pressure plate and it is now operating successfully. Jim Concannon"

"Great cage but to set the trap is very difficult because I am continually having to adjust the settings. The trap either shuts too easily or not at all unless adjustments are made continually. I'm losing more bait than catching the squirrels. When it works it's great"
