"The Top jug needs to be bigger as s it only just feeds the on below without spilling, also the pipe from the pumpto the jug is not long enough and not flexible , I had to replace it with a longer one so that the pump could sit in the bottom"

"The product itself is good, but unfortunately the instructions were insufficient and confusing. Also the description "solar cascade" did not make it clear that it would only be working for 4 hours per day. "The cascade did not work BUT the service I received after this was first class. I was advised to check if there was an airlock by jiggling and shaking the pump. When this was not successful I telephoned on Tuesday morning - call lasted only a couple of minutes and a total replacement was sent and received Wednesday. This cascade worked as we had hoped. It was for a present and now has pride of place in the garden. The after sales service was excellent."

"Der Brunnen ist ein Schmuckstück und beruhigt durch das sanfte Plätschern. Die Farbe ist ein leuchtendes, glänzendes Blau. Das Solarpanel funktioniert gut. Bei trüben Wetter muss es erst Energie speichern, damit der Brunnen läuft. Nach 4 Stunden schaltet sich der Brunnen automatisch ab."

"I was very impressed with the next day delivery service as I only ordered at 3pm the day before and it arrived mid-morning the next day. This item replaces a similar item I previously had and although overall it is slightly smaller it works more efficiently with a more powerful cascade of water. The backup batteries is a good idea. It will be interesting to see how it stands up to the cold winters as the ceramic bowls are not as chunky as my previous item."

"Looks beautiful and trickles nicely. Only the shape of the pot at the top causes it to spray water all around if it is not carefully positioned, and in that case it runs the whole thing dry quite quickly. I won't leave it running on solar panel unsupervised."
