"Product seems to work well the only problem I had was that the fountain I have has a large ball on top that is rotated by the water. This product is very gritty so stopped the ball rotating until it had dissolved, although this only takes a couple of hours it is worrying when you are not aware why the ball has stopped."

"The Regal 3 tier fountain arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble. In next to no time it was in position and up and running looking superb. (Connecting the pump is a little fiddly as the inner plastic tube needs to be a bit longer). All thats needed now is to top up the water occasionally. Excellent value and great service from Primrose."
