"Ich hatte 2 Terrakotta- Balkonkästen bestellt. Leider waren diese völlig unzureichend verpackt,mit Noppenfolie umwickelt ! mehr nicht! Demzufolge war ein Balkonkasten beschädigt, mit Rissen und abgeschlagener Ecke. Eine Reklamation per E-mail wurde erst gar nicht beantwortet. Nie wieder Primrose!"
