"A complete waste of money. The pigeons regard the owl as a mate and eat whatever they can from all around it. The head requires a strong wind before it rotates so most of the time it just looks straight ahead. Do not buy it as a bird scarer."

"the owl has been out on our window ledge for 2 weeks now and no sign of pigeon's so far! i must admit i was dubious, but it seems to have worked - no cooing waking us up at 6am an more! the moving head works surprisingly well too, though it has been particularly windy recently."
