"Well packaged and arrived as promised on the correct delivery date with constant sms updates on item status. I haven't tested it because its for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas but well done for your excellent communication and for caring for your customers. A low value item in terms of price but with high value service. Other companies would do well to follow your example. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year."

"Bought for my cousin who is a cat lover for her 50th Birthday and it went down a storm. Absolutely excellent. Great service and delivery was spot on. Equally, then bought the dog one for me, though the only disappointing thing with it is that it doesn't do the cuckoo cuckoo bit as the cat one does; nevertheless a great kitsch fun clock to have Thank you very much"

"I am pleased with the product on the whole but am a little disappointed that the button on the side to operate the 'cuckoo' does not seem to work. Unfortunately I had already thrown away most of the packaging when this was discovered. It is currently living back in the box as I bought it as an early Christmas present so it has not yet been given. I am currently unsure as to if I should present it as a gift - any suggestions to make the button work?"
