"Poor quality product. Difficult to assemble as the parts didn't align. Also metal slots (for screwing in corner plates) hadn't been tapped out so couldn't screw in the plates which then caused the incinerator to warp on first use. Very disappointing."

"Assembly a complete nightmare, instructions oversimplified, poor quality metal, badly finished, some holes not punched & had to be drilled. The chance of a repeat oprder is NIL"

"The incinerator was almost as expected, although I would have thought bolts should have been provided. Not all the holes had been punched out for the triangle corner pieces and as this was a gift for my 75 year old father, we then all struggled to punch/drill out the holes. Also the lid had a big foot print on and it was dinted quite badly as a result."

"My first incinerator has now rusted having done sterling service for about 4 years allowing rubbish to smolder away over night causing little nuisance. I had no hesitation in replacing it with one exactly the same. A number of friends impressed by its performance have also purchased this incinerator."
