"Das Sonnensegel verträgt keinen Regen. Nach einem Schauer hing der Stoff durch und tropfte an mehreren Stellen durch. Unmöglich. In der Beschreibung heißt es, das Material vertrüge einen Guss. Können sie mir weiterhelfen? So kann ich mit dem im Grunde gefällig en Segel nichts anfangen. Interessierte Nachbarn waren auch überrascht. J. Hoffmann"

"Bought this to replace out previous identical waterproof sun sail that broke due to material fatigue after two years. The new one leaked at the seams. Customer service tried to blame it on wrong installation and wanted images of every fixture (pictures of water drops hanging on the seams weren't enough). The lady did not understand the meaning of waterproof. Gave up in the end because I figured it was wasted time but I will never buy anything from them again!"

"No matter how tightly the sail was installed, it gathered water,hence required emptying it very frequently when raining. Very disappointed on this product."
