"NOT WATERPROOF The service was pretty good, but the person I spoke to regarding the 3 x 4m waterproof canopy, did not know the product well enough to answer my basic question, which was, is it actually waterproof. I asked this question because I had previously purchased one of these canopies through Amazon, for a lot less money, it unfortunately turned out to be “NOT waterproof” The canopy that I had received from Amazon had apparently been sent via amazon by Primrose. When I took delivery of the canopy, the packaging had obviously been opened and re-sealed, this didn’t bother me as I assumed it had been ordered in error and returned. When I hung the canopy and very quickly realised after the first rain we had, that it definitely was NOT waterproof. I returned it and received a refund in full. So I ordered this new one direct from Primrose at almost double the price. Unfortunately this one is NOT waterproof either. I have given in and I am going to buy some waterproofing chemical and hope that does the job."

"Love these sail shades, make such a difference to how we use the patio which had previously been too hot to sit out on. Now it's like having another room, we use it constantly. Brilliant. This is a replacement shade for one which unfortunately got ripped to pieces mid September because of tail end of storm we weren't expecting to be as bad as it was. "Als plaatje wordt aangeven dat t doek aan de binnenkant 3x4 is. Nu heb ik deze besteld omdat ik een terras oppervlakte van exact dat heb. Hij hangt en het doek is aan de binnenkant 2,40 bij 3,40. Zitten we nog niet droog! De uiteinden bij de bevestigingen zijn dus 3x4. Let hierop bij het bestellen!!"

"Dommage que la toile ne soit pas en un seul morceau, la couture au milieu empêche l'eau de bien s'écouler vers un coin. Quelques gouttes sont passées à travers au niveau des plis de la toile. J'ai du repasser la toile, à voir lord des prochaines pluies. Sinon très satisfait de l'esthétique! Couleur plus blanc cassé, crème que ivoire."

"Das Sonnensegel ist zweckmäßig. Über die Qualität kann noch keine Aussage getroffen werden, da es ja neu ist. Allerdings empfinde ich den Preis zu teuer. Aber ich habe dieses Maß gebraucht und Kookaburra war das Einzige, was ich im Netz in dieser Größe und in dem feinen Stoff gefunden habe. Unser letztes Sonnensegel hielt jetzt 8 Jahre, war genauso groß, gleiches Material und hat damals nur 39,- Euro gekostet. (Nur zum Vergleich)."

"Material ist sehr gut und stabil.....Aber - die Maße stimmen nicht wie auf der Verpackung stehen. Leider! Haben jetzt einen Sonnensegel anstatt der 3 Meter nur knapp 2,80 (großzügig gemessen) Auch die Seite mit den 4 Metern ist nur 3,90. Schade, müssen jetzt die Vorrichtung vom alten Segel umbauen, da besonders die sehr kurzen `3 Meter` nicht passen :("
