"Bamboo screen not very good, lots of short lengths and really dirty grubby bamboo dotted in screen. Looks like old muddy cane thrown in the middle to get rid of old cane. Not noticeable until until led."

"Les lattes de bambou sont reliées entre elles de façon irrégulières mais surtout la longueur des canisses ne fait pas 4m comme annoncé, mais 3,80m ; soit pour les 5 cannisses commandées il manque 1m!"

"Quality of your slat fencing is poor. The slats are woven too wide apart ie gappy look. I ordered ten rolls and two of them were riddled with wood worm, When we opened the rolls - a lot of dust just fell out. See the pictures I sent Craig in a separate e-mail I have used slatted bamboo fences before and we used to purchase this from Jacobs, Young and Westbury. I am very disappointed with your product. We are professional Japanese garden designers and makers and this is not what we expected."
