"The item arrived a day later than expected. I had to contact Customer Services as I was concerned about how damp the wooden surround was and that it was covered in spots of vivid green spores/mould. I was advised that this would brush off once the wood dried out. There were also no instructions on how to build it and the screws/brackets were not in the packaging. Matt in Customer Services has been very helpful and is arranging for fittings to be forwarded onto me from the supplier (the supplier advised that no instructions were available) I am disappointed that I cannot get the pond constructed without the fittings and I am still waiting for the wood to dry out. Apart from all of this, I am very impressed with your website, the choice of items that you stock and your helpful staff. I just hope the fittings arrive soon."
