"No instructions and wood was cut at inaccurate angles, so was difficult to assemble and top has ended up with gaps in it. Metal brackets weren't all there and didn't fit into the grooves made for it."

"This looks very good when constructed especially when the panels are painted with a nice rich fence paint. However, very disappointed about the lack of instructions as you have to finish this off with the pond liner INSIDE the panels, something we found out after we'd completed it! Otherwise I would have rated this excellent."

"looks ok when finally put together.parts were poorly put together requiring repair before building, angles are cut poorly making it difficult to get the surround looking good"

"Really pleased with product itself but unfortunately there were no assembly instructions. My husband phoned customer services who said they would e mail instructions but so far no response. Fortunately my husband is a competent diy er and was able to figure it out."
