"I expected this solar fountain to STORE power (like external lighting systems I have installed) but it only works if the sun shines directly on the solar panel. As soon as the sun goes behind a cloud or moves so its at an angle from the panel then the fountain stops. For £25 I'm not impressed and probably will return."

"Fabulous product, does exactly what it says on the box !! If my garden was more that 5 square metres I would purchase another one, particularly as it is attracting dragon flies (along with other wildlife) - I have recommended this to a lot of people. Two assistants in a local garden centre where I had asked if they knew of such a unit (which they didn't) have, I believe, purchased the same item after I took the product in to show them."

"This little fountain has charmed everyone who has seen it, so much so that I immediately ordered another to give as a present. It operates only in sunshine as there is no battery back up sending a jet up to about ten inches tall on the brightest days to a small bubble on less sunny days. I personally like the fact that the fountain reacts to the level of sunshine in this way, it is part of the charm that it reflects what is happening weatherwise but if you want a constant flow then one with battery back up would suit you better. I have it in a 20" birdbath tucked in a herb bed in my veg garden and it adds greatly to my pleasure when I am working down there. For the money it is an excellent buy, so easy to install a child could do it and works perfectly as described. There are several nozzles for different flow styles. A word of caution with a fountain in a small container such as this evaporation occurs on a hot sunny day and you may need to top the water up to prevent the fountain running dry as this would probably damage the pump."

"Originally bought for a small pond, I am using it as a small table-top water feature until I get around to building the pond. It works perfectly in full sun, and the different nozzles are fun. I have read reviews on other sites, where people are disappointed that it doesn't work when the sun is in......IT'S SOLAR POWERED!! Just be aware it doesn't store it's power, as solar powered lights and lanterns, and you'll be fine."

"The Sunjet 150 doesn't work. The solar panel which is sent with the pump is not the panel described on your website - it is postcard sized compared to the 30cm panel advertised. It only works when pointed directly at the sun (in strong sunlight) and does not have the power - or maybe the pump does not have the power - to push clean water through the tube and through the fountain head. The item and its identical replacement have been sent back to you and we are waiting for our refund."
