"Middels deze mail wil ik een officiële klacht indienen omdat ik niet tevreden ben over de levering/kwaliteit van het gekochte product en over de dienstverlening van Primrose. In onderstaande mail geeft u aan dat er bij het luifel beugels geleverd zijn die verstelbaar zijn, dit is absoluut niet het geval. De beugels zijn in 1 maat geleverd en zijn niet verstelbaar, waardoor het onderstaande probleem ontstond. Eerder deze week heb ik onderstaande vraag ook telefonisch gesteld en gaf de medewerker aan dat ze de vraag door zou zetten en beloofde mij dat ik binnen een half uur een reactie/oplossing per mail zou ontvangen. Na een dag had ik helaas nog geen mail mogen ontvangen. Die middag heb ik weer contact gehad met de klantenservice met dezelfde vraag en kreeg ik te horen dat de medewerker er niets aan kon doen en dat ik zelf maar een creatieve oplossing moest zoeken zoals een houtenplaat achter de beugel monteren. Een vreemde oplossing en de medewerker bood zijn excuses aan dat hij mij niet verder kon helpen dan dit antwoord. Aangezien ik het luifel graag z.s.m. gemonteerd wilde hebben zijn we uiteindelijk naar de bouwmarkt gegaan om andere schroeven aan te schaffen die veilig gemonteerd konden worden in voegen. Samen met een bijbehorende boor, koste mij deze "creatieve" oplossing zo'n 50 euro extra. Uiteindelijk hangt het luifel en kon ik het doek uitschuiven. Het doek blijkt vol te zitten met strepen en beschadigingen en ziet er alles behalve nieuw uit. Daarnaast geeft het luifel ongeveer 3 uur schaduw, waardoor het nog niet echt dient voor zijn doel. Ik ben dus erg teleurgesteld en ontevreden over het gekochte luifel en de professionaliteit van Primrose. Ik zie graag uw reactie op deze mail en een passende oplossing tegemoet."

"Le store lui-même ( couleur, toile et qualité du produit) correspond bien à la commande, rapport qualité/prix : bien. Mais les tire-fonds sont trop légers, se tordent facilement. Il manque dans la notice d'emploi une indication sur l'emplacement des pattes de fixation au mur par rapport à la "carrosserie" du store."
