"The product doesn't work AT ALL in deterring squirrels from my garden and, when my son contacted first Pestban (the importer) for advice and then Primrose, he was told by a surly "Ms Peachey" that the product is not guaranteed to work and I couldn't have a refund. The matter will be taken MUCH further you can count on that! Your so-called "Customer Service" is about as poor as it's possible to be. If I wanted a useless plastic box with 2 red LEDs on, I could have gone to Maplin Electronics and bought 2 LEDs for fitting to a Tupperware box!! I will bet you that this feedback will NOT be used as a testimonial?!! One of the WORST customer experiences imaginable..."
