"Haven't recieved the item even though I ordered it about 2 weeks ago! Yet Primrose charged me instantly???!!! Won't be shopping with them again!"

Réponse de Primrose: "Thank you for your review. This order was sent out with Royal Mail vis first class post on the same day of purchase. Quite often if you are not in then they will take the order to the local depot ready for collection. I can see against your order, it appears this was the case and I am so glad to see that this issue has been resolved."
