"Assembly was a little fiddly and instructions cluttered and unclear but it works. The internal grate only just comes, requires a lot of patience to remove for cleaning."

"Well packaged, no missing parts, all parts fitted easily, no mismatching holes etc. the 2 upper sections were stuck together but a couple of light taps with the hands soon parted them, 30 mins to build by myself, looks well just got to try it."

"De terrashaard werkt prima.. Maar de afwerking is vrij grof. de gaasdeur sluit maar zeer matig. De voorgemonteerde sluithandel was verkeerdom gemonteerd. en de plaatsing van de bevestigingsschroeven voor de ***** is erg knullig uitgevoerd en laat ondanks stevig vastdraaien steeds los. Deze schroeven zijn veel te scheef geplaatst. Verder is het zware gewicht van de ook gietijzeren schoorsteen naar mijn idee aan de veel te zware kant! Maar nogmaals de terrashaard werkt verder prima!"

"The chiminea is brilliant and has been used several times already (looking forward to chestnut season and a few dry nights too) Excellent rating missed by one point - The assembly was quite straight forward however there was one hole that would not line up in any of the three positions between the bowl top section and the lower flu... I was able to carefully drill the hole a little and everything went together perfectly."

"Der Zusammenbau machte Schwierigkeiten da einige Schraubenlöcher nich passgenau waren. Das Holzteil am Griff der Feuerklappe ist schon beim ersten Anheizen mit verbrannt. Das Gitter der Ofenklappe ist nicht eng genug. Extremer Funkenflug."

"The product was delivered within 24 hours. One piece was broken - I phoned the company they asked me to photograph the broken piece and e-mail it to me. I did this. The e-mail was immediately acted on - new piece sent - e-mail sent to me keeping me informed. Replacement received within 24 hours also "follow up" e-mail. "This chimnea has added greatly to the quality of sitting out in my garden at night time .. often with a glass of wine chatting away until the wee hrs. Relatively simple to build (although I used my own more robust tools). Looks good rubbed down with oil as suggested to reduce rusting after use. Reasonable price and super packaging and delivery service via Primrose also. "
