"It needed two of us (3m x 2.5 projection) to lift it in to place as per the instructions. For sure it's not a one person job. I was pleased to find the brackets had some 'forgiveness' built in, as does the projection mechanism, so if it's not perfectly aligned then you can make some minor adjustment. The wall bracket is clearly super strong and comes in two parts. It would have been easier to install if the bracket allowed you to fix one half to the awning and the other half to the wall prior to lifting and then hook it in to place. A gust of wind can lift it quite a lot, so for me the 4m projection is too risky. Overall it's made a considerable difference to the heat coming in to our lounge. On a south facing garden at noon (end of May) it completely covers the French doors and projects a shade about 1.5 metres out at noon."
