"J'ai effectué un premier achat du même produit. Comme il ne correspondait pas à la description (trop ajouré pour couvrir une pergola) et que j'avais commencé l'installation, j'ai du passer une seconde commande pour doublé la couverture de la pergola. J'avais été invité la première fois à envoyer des photos pour démontrer mon analyse et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Dommage de demander un avis+ un envoi de photos pour ne pas avoir de réponse!"

"Very disappointed in the product, It was more fragile than I expected and did not provide the density of screen that I had hoped for. It was however fairly easy to install and is certainly better than the bare post and wire fence on its own. I would recommend the company, but not this product other than to hind a bare wall or such."

"not put up yet but want it to hide brick walls, looks like it will do the job nicely, only complaint is packaging was a bit of a let down as one of the bags was split open but luckily reeding wasn't damaged as far as we can see."

"disappointed by the thinness of the reed, picture was blown up, but i missed the note of the real size, and I only bought it to cover up a new trellis panel, to hide my neighbours non garden. I wanted a much wider split bamboo, but was out of stock."

"There was a mix up with my order – the paperwork had the correct order, but what was delivered was not what I had ordered. However the material was fine and I was pleased. The customer service was excellent I called up and explain what had been delivered and I was immediately offered a free replacement or a refund on the order. I choose the refund, which was in my account straightway – absolutely great "
