"Excellent quality product, but middle section of rolls was very mouldy due to having got wet in storage. This was not a small amount of white mould, but a lot that spoils the look of the screening now it is up"

"I ordered this trellis after reading about it. The wood is bundled neatly but. On visiting my local supplier found the exact same dimensions but £25 cheaper and the willow of a much thicker width so now rather disappointed paid that much money"

"I wanted to give the willow fencing 5 stars but there are a few things that let it down. Starting with the good; great value for money, looks great, no broken or damaged willow, easy to fit (I attached mine to the fence with zip ties). The not so good; The willow is held together with galvanised wire (which is fine) but the wire is not ******* or finished at the ends of the rolls so the canes come out of the wire and you get a lot of sharp wire sticking out at each end of the screen. To get 5 stars I would like to see the ends of each roll properly tied off and finished. Given the great value of these screens I would even pay a bit more to have a properly finished roll. One more thing and this is not a complant and doesn't affect the overall score, there is not a consistent spacing between canes in the rolls, some areas are a little tighter that others and you get a mix of thicknesses of willow. All adds to the effect but if you want something to completely block out the neighbours then this won't do it."

"Goods were just ok thank you but it would be good to receive them in the same condition as when they were dispatched - it is a continuing problem with carrier drivers who could not care less as to how they treat their goods! These were damaged slightly but not bad enough to go through the hassle of returning."
